Shane founded Kaikura Land Sales in mid 2010 to meet the demands of broad acreage and residential land sales in the South East of Melbourne after 30 years within the industry. Shane has built strong relationships with Government and statutory authorities over this time resulting in an in depth knowledge of residential sales and development agreements for land owners.

Zoe brings 13 years of industry experience to Kaikura, is the Effective Officer in Control, and runs the day to day procedures within the Kaikura business. Zoe brings in depth marketing expertise to the team, and can assist vendors with sales office layouts, brand inception, guidance on all marketing platforms and has a strong eye for detail.
