Clydevale offers an abundance of open space including a completed 1.2ha park, with playground, basketball key, BBQs’, and sun shelters. The estate is traversed by more than 4ha of picturesque wetlands, reserves and a waterway bringing nature and wildlife to the heart of the project. Two further parks are to be provided within the estate in addition to the Council owned Active Open Space that is to include three soccer pitches (and two football ovals).

Clydevale forms part of the primary school and family & children’s centre precinct that will also include kindergarten rooms and a maternal and child health facility.
